CVS

I give them two stars because at least eventually they fill the prescription… most of the time. But their service is subpar. Get Walmart instead, or Walgreens, or Publix. This CVS location has no staff, no supervisors. They don’t care. They tell you your prescription is ready online and a whole day later when you are able yo go, it is not, and your insurance hasn’t approved it and it is Saturday, so your insurance company is closed and you are pregnant without the medication you need to take daily. This one is on you, CVS. This is a review for the pharmacy only, by the way.

Apparently the automated system didn’t tell the pharmacy to refill my subscription then the Person on teller told me my insurance wasn’t covering the meds.to please go inside or AKA to give more time to refill it went inside called my medical insurance provider and asked why I had to pay for it insurance said that was false info then another person came and said they had processed it without my insurance. (yeah know right)

Great customer service and very fast

Well customer service really nice staff Some people say they have bad customer service but it’s not true the problem is that they have to do three things at the same time prepare the medication get the prescription answer the phone and help the customer that is a lot for one person

Called to ask if they had an item and the girl that answered was super nice, polite and although she had a line at the register she helped me!!
