We had A-Z deliver cocktail tables to our wedding reception in October 2013. Staff was very responsive and the quote came in at a very affordable and reasonable rate compared to all other companies contacted. I was so happy that the delivery and pick-up went so smoothly. A no-stress portion of the wedding planning and day.

This is my 2nd time renting from Imperial. Unfortunately, we were confronted with several issues with our daughters birthday party experience however the company was very concerned about making things right. We were able to work out our circumstance with the owner of the company himself where he personally called and offered his assistance. Althought our experience was not the best, the customer service and care received to fix the problem afterwards was very appreciated and taken into consideration for future gatherings and events.
