Delta Cargo

3 stars simply because you do not have your business hours displayed on google and i do not want to waste my time driving over there just to see if you’re open late.

This used to be a one star review but lately they are awesome. This is an old review: I am a courier and I go to every airline at all airports in South Florida. I’ve got to say I do not leave reviews on Google unless someone does an extremely good job or if they are totally incompetent. Unfortunately this review is going to be Because of incompetence. I’m sure this review is going to cost me even more time when I come to Delta cargo Miami which I do everything in my power to not have to come there I do have to say that Delta Fort Lauderdale is a pleasure to go to. When I go to Delta Fort Lauderdale And this is not exaggerating I go inside and tender the box that I am putting on an aircraft or pick up the box that I am picking up from Delta and I’m out the door and gone before and I mean long before I am even asked if they can help me in Miami. When William is there or one of the other guys in the daytime or evening it’s not so bad but 4 AM when Martha is in there I just went to back my car ouch and ram my car into the side of the building because she is extremely rude extremely slow and just all around A lazy horrible rude employee who I actually have gone inside with my phone on video and walk out with around 48 minutes to over an hour and some cases of video of her being rude to me to show upper management but I’m not sure they would care I’ve done the same thing in Fort Lauderdale and the time that I enter from the time that I leave is anywhere from 3:59 minutes depending on how busy they are . When they see this review and see what I said I expect to get treated worse but I’m already treated pretty much as bad as I could be by them and it would be difficult for them to take much longer than they already do I cannot get out of there in less than an hour ever they need to take a lesson from Fort Lauderdale cargo sorry Delta Miami it’s just the truth I wish things would improve

Great customer service. I had my puppy shipped with them. Very courteous and caring with my boy.
