alot of people after graduation from doral academy end up going to the university of miami or FIU universities in which a high schooler in an average school can get into. This school is literally nothing special except for the amount of anxiety, stress, pressure, and depression it can cause. dont go to this school

Teachers are overwhelmed by the amount of students in every class (30-35). Performing arts and electives along with their competitions are great but academic are disappointing. Values are not enforced in our minds, some people tend to act fake. Lots of money involved and that sometimes surpasses the needs of us, students who know that life isn’t all about AP or college. Does not meet expectations of the product it sells to parents, sad but true.

Too many students. Too big. This brings the bureaucracy there is now. We need more schools with less studens not monsters like this. Pick up and drop offs are a trafic nightmare. Smaller schools are better.

The only thing I got to say is that this place is that this place gives a lot of homework and holy**** the math system sucks they expect you to deal with this annoying program and the staff for it sucks. But, you can still learn a lot of things too.

This school is the worst. Not only does it have a terrible math program it prioritizes older students I get seniority but this is a whole other level and they are also very sexist. This year there have been a couple of fights some including boys who play varsity sports and others in robotics. The boy from the varsity sport got a detention and the boy from robotics got a suspension when he didn’t do anything. Not to mention the fact that all sport funding goes to the soccer and football teams for boys as opposed to the volleyball and swim teams. Also do not even get me started on this math program. I have never heard of a school that uses Carnegie to torture students. Carnegie is the most confusing computer program ever because of the fact that this school has the worst math teachers in all of Florida. This school has the worst mathematics staff ever. How do you expect me to pass the FSA if teachers don”t care to teach. If i could rate this school any lower i would because this is a terrible school.
