Ugh pretty sketchy place, they just care about the money. Rude staff, if you refuse to pay for the unnecessary stuff they offer after the consultation they’ll get mad at you. Consultation just means giving them free $100 they won’t tell you anything. “Doctors” are unprofessional. If your dog has “x” problem. They will tell you that you need to pay for “t,u,v,w” first if you want to find out what’s wrong. I recommend investing more time trying to find a better place that will offer a better service rather than this overpriced weird place. Don’t waste your time or money.

I love this place!! All staff members ( Doctors, Technicians, front desk..) are the best. They all have a smile on their face, very professional, and complete knowledge, this is the only place I take my cat and always recommend them. Here you can be sure your pet is treated with love . If I could put more than five stars I would. Thank you guys 😀

They’re practicing the social distancing. They recommended us to stay inside our car to wait for out pet to be treated.
They were super friendly and lovely with our Dog. Vet called us to asked questions about Dog health and explained the treatment.
We recommend them 100%. Staff and Vet (Dr Alamo) are the best!!!

It’s not just another Typical miami animal Clinic where they just want to take your money and rip you off , they really care about your pet and will recommend only what you per really need it , some one at the airport recommended this clinic when I was having problem at the ticket counter trying to take my Dog with me , after all the call to ny vet fail I when there’s and because I was running out of time they direct me to the airport agency that was gonna help me , they didn’t charge me anything , that blow me off so I came back from my trip
And fired my vet and move my Dog to this clinic ,not only that they are open 24 hours ther are Reliable , it’s little Far for me because I live in south beach but it’s about the well being of my Dog and nobody do it better , I love this clinic and all the staff, the front desk girls are nothing but love ,Just when I was losing hope in humanity I walk into this clinic 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
