No te puede visitar nadie ni quedarse a dormir por que les remolcan el carro los vigilantes solo estan pendientes para hacerte mal muy mala vibra este sitio evitalo

Ellos dicen que tienen pisicina, cancha de tennis y Gimnasio
En la piscina no puedes llevar un termo de agua por que te multan
En el gimnasio si escuchas musica en speaker te multan
Si pones un matero en el balcon te multan
Los de seguridad solo estan pendientes que haces para multarte
Mi deposito de $500 se fue en menos de 6 meses

I have lived here, (Doral Gardens II) for about two years and wish I would have never signed a lease here. If you value of any the freedoms we have in this country, avoid this place at all costs. The Association still thinks we are in Venezuela or Cuba and tramples all over your constitutional rights. Tyranny and corruption are rampant. There is essentially no guest parking and they will not let you have the same visitor on the weekends and deny you a guest pass. If by chance they give you one- you must email your landlord, forward that email to the Fidel’s headquarters (Condo Office) along with the visitor’s driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration. After they conduct a criminal background check on the visitor they will then issue you a guest pass. This process must be completed every single time you want a visitor no exceptions. Also, they will limit how many visitors you can have and then eventually you will not be able to have any visitors and not give you a pass. If the office is closed, no visitors. Had the same person visit two weekends in a row? No more visitors. Running on the treadmill is NOT “allowed”. You are only “allowed” to do laundry 8am-10pm. Do not live in this communist Cuban style fascist community. I have proof of all these claims as well. Your better off just moving to Venezuela. If you live here you should resist their rules and seek legal counsel if possible, to push back against these fascists. I agree with Ana Escarda, bunch of racist Latinos.
