Doral Hyundai

These people are a joke. I would stay far away from here. They are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. My wife bought a new Tucson and traded in her car which Hyundai was supposed to buy from the other company for 12,000. Now, the company from the previous car is still charging her monthly payments on the first car because they never received a payment from the first car. We have been calling everyday to Hyundai Doral and no one can tell us what is going on. We have talked to the so called manager and he says he will find out what’s happening and call us back. Days later, we still have received no calls from him, no information or anything. This company is ruining her credit and refuses to be held responsible nor do anything to correct their problem. I suggest someone there does something quickly before we take greater legal action against them and unleash hundreds of one star reviews on every platform possible.

My wife and I made an appointment with Juan to have an oil change and check the passenger window on our Santa Fe. He greeted us when we arrived and promptly wrote up the service ticket and provided an estimate on the window. As always, he was very professional. The service area was very clean and setup for social distancing with all the employees wearing masks and gloves. Later in the day he advised me that the work had been completed and that he recommended to change the spark plugs and brake fluid due to the mileage on the vehicle. We agreed and picked up our vehicle a little later. The Santa Fe is running great! Highly recommend Doral.

I dealt with a great service advisor, Nicole Ramos. She made me feel comfortable and trusting that I would get the best service performed on my car. She called multiple times giving me the status of the car and coordinated with me very well.

Excellent service and friendly people. They have always been helpful with my warranty issues. The service in this place is a lot better than braman. I definitely would recommend this place to get your service done.

The dealer was full of customers the Day we went but we got helped by Joel, the customer service manager, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and helped us close good deal on new 2019 SantaFe.
Franklin from the finance department made the process of getting approved fast and efficient.

The only thing is that They didn’t have the color combination we wanted in stock but they did a great job in getting the car the quickly.
