I had my own realtor when I started renting with them, the experience was so good that I’ve changed my realtor and Gladys took care of finding the perfect house for us to buy and after that made everything easy and smooth. She did more than she had to, she was really helpful.

I should give this office less than one star. I came in, the receptionist looked down and in 30 mins never acknowledged me while she was talking on the phone to the owner of the company about cone cups and office supplies. In 30 mins no one ask me if I needed help. I was interested in purchasing some property but with their rude attitude I decided to go across the street where they greeted me and was ready to help me with my questions.
I give Doral Isles an F for customer service.
