Amazing customer service! I rented 30 chairs for my brother’s 21st birthday party on a Saturday and Rafael was extremely kind and helpful with the retrieval of the chairs. He allowed me to return them on Sunday although they were closed. He was always available when I needed to contact him. The chairs were in excellent condition! I highly recommend using Doral Party Rentals as your party supplier. I will be using them again in the future. Very happy customer!

Hired them for my daughter birthday and was total success! They surprised me with a one of a kind balloon arch and extremely clean and neat bounce house. All the process was so easy and comfortable !

OMG!! this party rental is great! They took care of everything for me.. tables and chairs, the decoration was amazing. The water slide looked like new, I will definitely rent from them again, very nice people to deal with. If you are looking for good prices and great customer service, this is what you are looking for.

I had rented a bounce house and obstacle course but Hurricane Irma had other plans. Mariana was very helpful and accommodating. She was able to reschedule my rental for our new event date. The young men that came out to deliver the equipment and collect, the following day, were prompt, fast and professional. Thank you for helping make my son’s birthday party a hit!
