Very spacious, management has been great, love it here. After looking at over six different apartments this gave us the best value, the most space and it is conveniently located close to the highway.

Nice experience living here, all the staff are very friendly, it is a quiet community.
We have a beautiful lake here, which offers a nice and relaxing view

Incompetent management. Have taken 0 action with intermittent roof leaks for over 6 months, brush you off whenever you call their office, and make empty promises without resolving the issue. Their maintenance crew is sub-par at best. They show up and leave without doing anything. The promised to fix the roof by January 1st. It is May 4th and the leaks have only gotten worse. Not to mention the broken sprinklers which flood the complex every time they come on, and nothing is done.

Lived here from 2003/2004 (when it was Cove at the Landings) upto 2014 (Doral West)…we went through at least 4-5 different managers too…but we loved it there..the maintenance staff was always prompt and attentive..if there were any issues then it was always because of lack of basic civic sense/responsibility on behalf of many residents there. …unfortunately ANY Management cannot spoon feed their Tenants and teach them Community Living. THAT has to be part of each one’s own education.
