Dr. Frank Aranda MD

I have been his patient for a long time, the Doctor is a very excellent person and good at what he does, but a doctor is only good as his staff and if he has no control over it it says a lot. Disorganized, very difficult to get on the phone even to make appointments, not very friendly when overwhelmed at other times they are. You cannot change the way you treat a customer based on your stress level. Waiting times have become absurd and impossible to bear for people that work and have other obligations.
Had to change for lack of patient service.

Dr Aranda has been my doctor for 2 years ,the staff if very friendly and the office smells awesome, they try to help as much as possible ,for all of those that said that its a bad office they are just impossible to please no matter what the staff does , if you have blood drawn or any kind of study of course you need to go back review your stuff but people pretend to go only once and expect the office to call them, that’s to comfy , any ways will give my Dr a 5 star because he deserves it.

Dr Aranda has been my Doctor for the past 5 years. He is really compassionate, knowledgeable and takes time to help his patients. He is the best diagnostician I ever had. He is not ordering any test that you would not need it. Staff is friendly, and very compassionate. They’re trying to help you always, even though is after hours.They are always open to share your concerns at any time and solve it. They have a new APRN (nurse practitioner) that helps you when you need a sooner appointment (sometimes the Dr is fully booked) or you are sick. Definitely I recommend this practice 100%. We should be paying attention to the great reviews he has on other pages. thank you Dr Aranda and staff! I’m very grateful for you guys.

My lab prescription was never sent to the lab, so I had to go twice to the lab. The Dr. never followed up on my results. They also said they will talk to my insurance about a colonoscopy i had to do, and they never did.
The Doctor is OK, but his staff is horrible. They don’t do their job. Will not recommend.

Very unprofessional! I should have known from the beginning when I had to call three times before someone answer the phone. My husband’s first appointment was canceled same day of the appointment. They called and left a message. No follow up. Second appointment, the secretary claims the appointment was a different day and was not confirmed, even though she called to confirm. My husband lost hours of work because of this. We will look for a different doctor. I gave one star because that is the only way I get to leave a comment, otherwise it would have NO STARS!
