Dr. Maria Magali Casas & Associates

Very poor experience at the optometrist consultation today. They just seemed to be interested in making money from the appointments without consideration of the patient’s time or money. The optometrist – Diana Jimenez did not do any detailing of the Optomap screening and also mentioned that they were unable to provide me with a soft copy of it from the system. I have never had issues with this in any of the similar facilities in the past. The customer service also should have been better and looks like they need some training on how to clean the equipment after each patient is seen, which I did not see being done at all. Please ensure that you have the customers treated well to avoid losing follow-up patients.

Great doctor! My family and I have been going to Dr. Casas for over 10 years, and she is wonderful. Highly recommend for eye exams, contacts, and glasses.

My husband and I went to Dr. Maria Magali Casa for the first time today. We both wear contacts and glasses for more than 25 years and have a bunch of specific requirements. It was a very good experience, the doctor is knowledgeable, did thorough examination, attentive to patient’s needs, asks to listen, explores different options to find a proper solution, accurate with prescriptions. Glad we found this doctor, will be coming back!

I’m really disappointed with the treatment I received here. I’ve been coming to Dr. Casa’s for yearssssss. I came in because I had scratched my eye with a contact and I wanted the doctor to tell me what were the contacts I use to have that I liked. The lady in the front told me I needed to pay 50 dollars. I told her I had insurance but she didn’t care to look and told me that they didn’t bill insurances for “medical” when I called my insurance they said the opposite. I’m not really sure if I want to go back. I can go to any doctor…. closer to home… cheaper… I’ve even come here when I didn’t have insurance and paid the full 210 for the exam…

The point is… maybe you need nicer front desk staff. That lady doesn’t even give people eye contact she’s a little mean.

Absolutely amazing service! Could not have left happier with the service Dr. Casas and her staff provided. She was very nice, explained everything so clearly and most importantly in words that I could understand. So glad I made the switch and came to see Dr. Casas. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for all my yearly eye exams.
