I was owed $ 1,306 since August. They did not respond to my insistent calls in order to recover my money. I bought a BMW x5 on July 18 and I had to return it after 15 days due to serious engine failures (confirmed by Braman Motors)

The worst place to buy a car all they care about is money and they are crooks they charges me $90 for one day late fee. I hate that place

During the 3rd week of September 2018 my family and I traveled to DS Motors in Miami. We test drove a 2006 VW GTI and were impressed with the car and price of the vehicle. The salesman asked us to leave a $100 security deposit via a debit card payment. A receipt was issued. No other paperwork was completed and no contracts were signed. The salesman advised that he could be trusted because he ran a “Family Christian Business”. Unfortunately, our plans to purchase this vehicle fell through and contact was made with the salesman to obtain a refund of the $100 deposit. The salesman stated that he would “have to check with the owner before a refund could be made”. Little does the business know that a deposit without a contact must be refunded. This experience is being documented via this e-mail to inform other customers that DS Motors Miami is not a trustworthy business. Thank You for reading.
