ECC Pediatrics

If I could give a lower star for the service that this front desk provides I would. Not only did I have to wait on the phone several minutes to get an appointment when I arrived I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t or shall I say didn’t want to see my sick child. This isn’t my first bad experience with them previously my child had blood drawn and the nurse who did it pricked herself and then him with the same needle. I wanted to give them a second chance since I do like the doctor, but the front desk is that awful that I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been taking my kids to ECC to see Dr. Schettino since they were born, that’s almost 13 years, and I could not even think of taking my children elsewhere. I don’t live in the Doral area anymore, but I don’t mind the long drive since I know my boys are well taken care of. The staff is wonderful as well!

Best Pediatrician office in Miami. We have been here since 2010, all staff are friendly, they respond in time, waiting time is not bad, Dr. Schettino is very professional, sweet and my daughter loves her. Hablan español 😍

I know usually kids don’t like going to the doctor. But for some reason my kids never have a problem when we go. They actually like it and the staff is always so nice and friendly with them.
