El Dorado Furniture – Airport Boulevard

Bought an item yesterday and I got home to see that it was damage. When I went today to return it they made me jump thru hoop, the sales lady had the worst customer service I have seen in my life. I guess commission it’s more important than good customer service. Even to get store credit was a mission. Overall not a good experience.

I had the best experience at this store. Daniela was the sales person that took care of me. She was nice enough, responded all my questions, made good suggestions and when I did the purchase, she explained all the terms in detail. When I returned home I decided to make a huge change on my purchase and contacted DANIELA by text. She replied to my text right away, called me and made all the changes, she was super nice. I have bought at this store before and had a good experience but last saturday was an EXCELLENT experience. DANIELA is the best sales person ever. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
