Great shopping experience with Betsy. She was able to make my job quite easy, especially being an export customer, assisting me before my arrival into Miami. She offered advice on Color schemes and matching Furniture which I greatly appreciated. All in all I was happy that before I arrived I was able to match my Furniture with my home decor without being confused upon my arrival. I was able to choose my stuff and leave quickly. Thank you Betsy, hope Eldorado is aware of what an asset you are to them.

Came into the store with a $100 coupon, the attention I received from Rudy Molina was amazing. He showed me all the accessories I could get with the coupon and I ended up getting a beautiful painting and a dining room table. My grandmas furniture is sinking. El Dorado only wants to service one seat because the technician said it was only one. The technician said in my house these seats all have the same defect and that he was going to report to have all the seats serviced. The store called me and said that it was only one. When All the seats are sinking!! Olga from the Hialeah store just told me over the phone “Oye Mija yo no puedo hacer nada por ti” so disrespectful! My grandma is paying over $4500 for this furniture for it to be sinking and looking like this. All of this sinking problem started 3 weeks after having the furniture at home. Posted this on facebook and none one has gotten back to me, even have wrote the corporate office and no one helps my grandma case. Not only one sofa is sinking, ALL OF THEM ARE!
