El Rey de la Paella

Hands down best chef and best paella ever

Excellent service and staff!

This review is based on a service performed about 6 months ago at a business.

Products that were missing: Grilled corn, onions, peppers, yellow squash, zucchini, coleslaw.

-Yuca arrived at the end of the event
-Salad was not kept in a cool safe place.
-There were no Steak Knife with Wood Handles, only standard ones.
-As per invoice, The premium version of your BBQ Station included live chefs preparing food, not only one (or an assistant) This caused all parties to eat at different times. BBQ was also too small for the amount of food to be prepared.
-Invoice stated arriving time was at 9:00 AM. Chef arrived 9:30 AM.
-Gallo Pinto was not an authentic Nicaraguan dish. It was made with a different rice and bean. It was also soggy and not good in taste.

We will not use this company moving forward. We do not recommend it either.

Planning can be so stressful especially when you have to depend on a vendors you don’t know and you question how reliable they are to bring your tables, chairs, or in this case food for 100 guest. Put your doubt at rest, El Rey de La Paella is 100% reliable and delicious. With that said I just want to thank you guys for always doing such great job!!!

I have used El Rey De La Paella several times for all sorts of different events. I have always had an amazing experience with them and I feel like they are part of my extended family.

I would blindly recommend them for any event as they are professional, friendly and most importantly an incredible value for the service and quality they provide. They have gone as far as creating specialty paellas for me with bacon wrapped scallops and fillet medallions with lobster tails for each of my guests. Till this day it is one if my most memorable party meals!!
