I have been coming to this business for the last two years; they have never disappointed me!

In fact I always walk away wondering why not more businesses can apply such consistent customer focus and excellence!

The staff is outstanding; super friendly and knowledgeable, they know most customers by name and make you feel like a valued customer every time they interact with you!

As to the dry clean services; great quality and great eye for detail!
From reviewing the dirty laundry for any missing buttons or anything that may need repair. If they missed something when you dropped off the laundry, they go out of their way to call you and confirm with you.
The finished product comes back perfectly clean and nicely packed.
Any men’s shirt comes back with complimentary collar stiffeners! Another small detail which I value every time I put on a clean shirt!

Customer Service is great, however, if you tell your customer 2 business days I expect it to be ready the following day to pick it up, otherwise tell me 3 business days and I’ll save myself the trouble, or call me to let me know that it will take a bit longer.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!If I could rate something less than one I would!!!! I took a dress to basically just have touch up and ended with with my dress with an awful smell, I was supposed to wear it for an event, that of course I couldn’t wear it! And not only that….. Rosa the owner, had the nerve to tell me that was so rare and basically argue the fact that I called to make a complaint. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

While all the 5 star reviews? Because this place is truly that amazing. They are a complete anomaly among cleaners. They provide excellent work, competitive pricing, and will absolutely do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. They are friendly, professional, and super fast with the turnaround. Truly a phenomenal customer service experience. I won’t go anywhere else!
