This yoga studio is amazing! I’ve known it for many years now, David and all the instructors are great and have a great community. Today I took the prenatal yoga class with Carlos and absolutely LOVED IT! The class focuses on being more aware of your body during pregnancy, gently stretching the muscles you will need for birth and finding peace of mind in a time where everything can feel overwhelming because of all the changes (physical and emotional) motherhood brings. Thank you once again Carlos!

Great workout for mind, body & soul. I’ll confess every time I visit the studio I get the fix I need. Kudos to David for opening up a great space!

I went to the energy Yoga and wellness center last Thursday for the first time. I took the warm yoga class with Karla Bartolone. I have never taken a warm yoga class before in my life and I loved it. I will definitely come back. The space was clean and tidy. It is accessible for wheelchairs and it does have restrooms in site. They offer different packages I am interested in the 8 classes for 80$ or in the new student special $49 for an entire class of unlimited yoga and meditation classes. the schedule is available in the studio or online
