These guys are the best and most honest adjusters in town. Luis is amazing. Do not go anywhere else.

Until the job was completed once was dome an inspector came and with in a week
The check was issued and delivered to my house. Epic Group was contacted immediate and I
Went to the bank and issued the checks as instructed by the secretary .at the time
And from the The same bank I asked if they want to pick up the checks was informed
By Marta to mail them against my witches I did unfortunate the check got lost by the
USPS. The nightmare began, the nice wonderful and polite staff became the vicious
Un respectful staff I have ever deal with,Twice I had to visit my doctor with my pleasure
Sky high I requested time to work with the bank in replacing the cashiers check
Which is not easy and the innuendos and disrespect was out of this world. I again requested that somebody came to the bank to pick up the cashier checks they sent Luis who instead of offer help in expedite the issue came ready with insults and accusations as bad the Banker who was trying to help was obligated to asked him to step out until the issue was solved and the all the paperwork including the affidavit we’re signed.on today’s world is no that easy stop a payment on a cashier’s check and obviously EPIC GROUP is not familiar with and willing to cooperate.Hope no one dealing with them had to go the the agony The put me thought.
This is my first experience with adjusters and hope never had to do it again.At any rate

Excellent service! courteous and punctual. After suffering a fire loss in my home I called Epic Group Adjusters to deal with my insurance. I received the money I was OWED, approximately six times the amount what my insurance company originally offered.

epic group has lousy service. a friend of mine had a small fire in the rear of her house. insurance has yet paid. this is after more than two years & still nothing has been fixed..the insurance adjuster ( luis jaramio ) extreemly rude. has not returned numerous phone calls..the star above is too much..needs like a quarter star.
