Waiting for 3 days for a delivery, every time I call I get different excuses. Something is wrong with this company.

First never received a call from them after them receiving my mattress from Seally. I finally contacted them and first person could not find order. After second attempt they di find it and told me they could deliver on a Monday. Received call Monday that driver called in sick and they would have to deliver between 1-3 Christmas eve day. Drivers never showed up. Called them and was told they were running late by 1.5 hours. Called again and was told driver was not answering phone. Driver finally contacted me and was told address was not good. I explained I had contacted office day before to give them another address to help them find it. He had no record of it. Told him I was very un-pleased with who;e process and mentioned we both were missing Christmas Eve. He said they found the address and were on their way. 45 minutes later get a call from Office that driver complained about me and was afraid to deliver a stained mattress and was not coming. They charged my credit card and decided not to deliver product. In most worlds that is stealing. Never trust this company or their employees they lie and have zero credibility.

I have known the owners and managers of Esquire Express for more than 10 years. Based in Miami they provide excellent service for many different facets of delivery. We have experienced first hand the moving of furniture and for shipments of freight across country. They communicated directly status reports, delivery times and ongoing communication. Highly recommended for a variety of delivery needs. Call them and see for yourself, ask for the owner Steve or one of his family members that will serve you.

Useful Funny Cool

– Did not receive 30min courtesy call
– Packages were delivered on grass, not under the house which was the closest “dry area” (which we cleared out for them)
– 4 out of 12 cabinets were severely damaged through the packaging and have to be replaced
– None of the “this side up” notices were respected, so the shelves were shuffled around inside
– Cabinets were stacked when there was clearly plenty of room to avoid stacking and possibly damaging them

This is easily the most appalling delivery I have ever gotten!

I’m now stuck waiting for reordered cabinets, having to drive the broken ones myself to Home Depot, and my kitchen will remain unusable for an additional 1-2 weeks.
