I’ve taken my Jetta in for maintenance twice with these guys. Could not be happier. Roberto, the manager, did a great job at going above and beyond a simple oil change and tire rotation. Couldn’t be happier with my service. If you’re using a Volkswagen dealer in the Miami area for maintenance, I would recommend checking out these guys. I used to take my car into Deel Volkswagen near South Miami. Esserman is a night and day difference between them.

Volkswagen : I just got my 1st lease and I couldn’t be more content. WILFREDO was beyond patient and informative with me. I came in alone so off the bat I felt a bit intimidated going into a dealership but because he was so kind, and not pushy I didn’t feel the need to run away so quickly.
In the end, I left overall feeling very happy with my decision. Daron ( I think that was his name ) also served as a great mediator when I was trying to decide on which car to get (VW vs Acura); Patient and so easy going . Thank you both 😊
