I’d like to mention Rene’s excellent service. He was very helpful from start to finish and gave a kind and professional customer service.

On the other hand, a cashier named Javier was very rude and unprofessional and made my final experience very sour and disappointing.

Miguel Larreaga took care of me. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was extremely patient with me and I did not feel rushed or pressure. I will def recommend him and I will use his services in the future.

I love this dealership! I became an Acura fan a few years ago when I was trying to build my credit. It was the first car under my name and I am already by Acura #3 ! Acura’s are beautiful, reliable and luxurious cars at a decent price.

As far as the servicing goes for my car, it’s a smooth process. I can either call and make an apt or I just show up. Never takes more then an hour or an hour and a half to service my car. They offering complimentary car washes as well.
All in all, I am beyond happy with my cars and the process of buying one here.

I recently went to this location for servicing of my vehicle and was blown away by the customer service exhibited by Julian and Javier.

Upon arrival, Julian was extremely friendly, professional and on point. He worked quickly and efficiently through the necessary questions and handling of what to expect in the process. Given that this was my first time there, I greatly appreciated how thorough he was in how everything worked.

Following service I was checked out by the cashier, Javier. He, was again, extremely polite and professional. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such professionalism in a service center in Miami. Thank you both for making my Saturday!
