EUCUCINA CABINET DISTRIBUTOR

Horrible customer service!!! I went in to buy white cabinets and they sold me half natural and half white! When I went in to speak with them about it they attempted to convince me that this was fixable with putting a skin on it which I would have to pay for. The sales representative Sam didnt even want to open the boxes of natural cabinets that he gave me and then attempted to insult my business after he clearly said that the error was on their side. After finally getting them to admit their fault and take back the items they told me there is also a restocking fee, when I get to the cashier and asked about it she said that the policy is no restocking fee if returned in a month which it clearly printed on the invoice. All in all it was a horrible experience and I will never go back or reccomend anyone to come here. Save your money and time go to a bigger and reputable business that will actually sell you what you order. I ordered from panda and it was way better. I’m sure the owner has no clue what his sales team is up to.

My husband and I have an older home that needed a remodel. After checking around we decided to go with these. The designer was amazing and helped us pick out the perfect color to match the granite. Love how easy it is to clean these cabinets as well which I need with kids!
