They make you feel like family. I treat myself with a mani-pedi, waxing, facial, and haircut every few weeks. It’s time and money well spent.

I just hope their work isn’t as terrible as their service. I walked in asking if anyone was available to do my hair? The couple of ladies that were doing nails looked out the front window and began to call another employee that was outside talking on her phone. They made signs to her to come inside, that she had a customer who needed a service (me), but she just turned around and continued to talk on her phone. So one of the nail ladies went outside to call her again, but she completely disregarded the fact that I had been standing there now for more than 5 minutes, and continued her more important phone conversation. I proceeded to say thank you and walked out to never return again. I walked passed this woman and she was talking and laughing still on her phone. No acknowledgment or apology toward me. To call her rude would be an understatement.

Overall very enjoyable conversation with the owner but found it rather unethical to offer services with letting me know much more it would be. I went with a friend and since the wait was long she offered him to sit in the message foot chair with hot water, to later find out that she charged me $20 just for him to sit there with no service for anything. The cost for the service was suppose to be $45 and I ended up paying $135. I find this to be poor business practice and extremely deceiving. Even though she did a fabulous job with my hair she was not clear with her prices or services. Tricking clients its not good business. Due to this experience i would refrain from any future services.

i absolutely love this place! i live out of state and come back SPECIFICALLY to have my hair done by Youme. she is detailed oriented, takes her time, and leaves you with the best do. HIGHLY recommend Euphoria and Youme to anyone looking for that magnificent lasting cut and style!
