On December 18th I made an appointment for Saturday Dec 21th at 1pm for gel manicure. I called today around 10:30am to confirm my appointment with them which everything was fine until I arrived. I walked in at 1pm on the dot and a male stylist was working on a woman hair but stopped to attend me. I told him I had a nail appointment so he checked the book and confirmed my name but it turns out that they decided to take in a client that just walked in 5 minutes before I got there. I would’ve understood if I was late to my appointment but I got there right on time, he started to give me some lame excuses like if it was my fault and made it seem like if I was late which I wasn’t. I was so upset and I wasn’t willing to sit there and wait so I told him to forget it and walked out. This is the second time I’ve been here and It’s unfortunate because the first time I was greeted well and the service was great. I ended making an appointment elsewhere, I’ll most likely not come back if this is how they work.

I came here because they have a “Grand Opening Special” of a mani/pedi for $20. I was blown away by the modern decor. The staff was extremely friendly and my experience was great. I plan on visiting them again!
