We hired Event Design Productions for our wedding flowers, tables, linens and DJ. BEST decision we made! They were so easy to work with, very flexible and professional and kind enough to work with our budget. We were so impressed with the results – everything came out absolutely beautiful! And the DJ was the absolute greatest DJ we could have ever imagined having! Christopher Cobas. He listened closely to our likes and dislikes, was extremely detailed with the planning of the music, and kept us dancing all night long. Amazing. We highly recommend Event Design Productions!

Alba truly made all of our wedding dreams come true! There are no words that can really explain how grateful we both are on how the day turned out. She made the entire wedding planning process so enjoyable, and she really went above and beyond to pay attention to every single detail. She thought of everything, especially those minor details that never even crossed our mind! We were planning our wedding reception from out of town, and Alba and her staff was extremely flexible and always available via email. If we were ever in the area for even a day or two, she would make the time to meet with us! Our guests had such a fantastic time at our wedding reception! Our guests continue to tell us how beautiful the reception was and how delicious the food was. One of our favorite memories was being able to take a sneak peak of the room just as the final details were being pulled together during cocktail and before the guests were seated in their seats. We were in absolute awe of the true beauty of the room, seeing all of our hard work come together! We are forever grateful for everything that the entire staff at Even Design Productions for making our wedding day the best day of our lives and for exceeding all of our expectations! I was married on 04/20/19 at the Pelican Club in Jupiter Florida and what a wedding it was! I do not have enough words to explain what an amazing job Event Design Productions did. Prior to our first meeting I had several discussions with Cindy Salas about my ideas and the look I wanted for the wedding. From the moment we stepped into their show room we were treated with so much attention and in a very professional manner. Their team prepared a few table samples, prior to our arrival, for us to view and I was very impressed. Once I met Cindy Salas and Alba Gallardo I knew I had met the team I wanted to work with. They were very attentive to what I wanted, they listened carefully and provided their professional opinion on how to improve the game plan. After the first meeting I knew that I could trust their team to execute the look and feel I wanted. A week before the wedding their team traveled to Jupiter and visited both the ceremony site and the venue in order to plan accordingly. The day of the wedding they arrived early and executed the plan to PERFECTION. Not only did they execute but they went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. The venue looked spectacular and all my guests were amazed at the decorations, it was a phenomenal job! I felt like all my dreams had come true and it was because of them. I must say working with Cindy, Alba and their team was truly a blessing. Event Design Productions was by far my favorite vendor that I worked with. Do yourself a favor and book them!

Alba and her staff did an absolutely fantastic job on my son’s wedding. As others have said, she is very kind and generous. There were details that slipped my mind, she picked it right up for me. As others have stated, she provided some items that she had for use at our wedding. I have attended other weddings since, and pinpoint exactly where Alba’s services were needed. She also added some fun twists to the day,for example, she encouraged my son to do a dance right on the spot. My family still watches video of that moment and laugh hysterically. I couldn’t have been happier. It was beautiful. She went above and beyond our expectations and was a true professional. What a magical day. Thank you for everything Alba and staff.

We were aware of all of our options but EDP was, hands down, the best option while still maintaining outstanding quality. Not only did they help personalize a package that was fit for our budget but also helped make our dream wedding come to life. On our wedding day, when we walked in to our reception, my husband and I were in awe of how beautiful everything looked! Honestly, it looked better than what we had imagined. They even went ahead and added little extra surprises that I hadn’t planned for (i.e. extra decorative flowers on all my tables, extra cocktail hour tables for guests, calligraphy signs for decor, etc.). Oh! And I can’t forget to mention… the food was DELICIOUS!

One of the most pleasant aspects of working with EDP was our amazing wedding coordinator, Karina Grooscors. She was phenomenal!!! She knew every detail about our wedding and executed our vision beautifully throughout the whole process. Not to mention she is a complete sweetheart that will win over everyones heart! ♥
