Extended Stay America – Miami – Airport – Doral – 25th Street

Excelent location close to MIAMI International Airport , And shopping center close at Doral City like Dolphin Mall and International mall.

The hotel was conveniently placed in with food and coffee, we also decided to make the 2 mil trek to other options as well. However; there was 6 of us in one room and they were not accommodating toward the two people who slept on the couch. They did not give out pillows or any blankets , just two top sheets because the fitted ones needed to be washed.
On top of that, the breakfast consisted of frozen waffles, white bread, store bought muffins, coffee, and juice. No water.
The pool area was dirty and due to high winds chairs, shirts, towels, pool covers, and cleaning supplies were in the pool itself.
The shuttle service told us where to stand after the airport and then when we called to verify they told us to stand and wait some place else. When the driver finally found us he was upset, and rude because of all the miscommunication. On the pick up from the airport, we waited 40 minutes after calling and them saying it will be about 15min until the shuttle arrives.
The only reason this hotel was used was because of convenience, would not recommend.

The driver of the hotel shuttle who appears to double in maintenance or janitorial duties was very pleasant and professional. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke and the bathroom was dirty and dingy. The bed linens smelled weird and the breakfast station was messy and the selection was sparse. There were two roaches in the room but I just couldn’t be bothered to say anything to the nice guy at the front desk. I took a picture of the roaches but my son and I decided not to bother to mention it since we were leaving.If you care about cleanliness then this is not the place for you. I have stayed at better hotels for less money. You get what you pay for.

This Hotel was convenient, clean and reasonably priced. Very good proximity to many popular shopping places. This is my second stay and I have to say that we are very pleased with the service. I stayed with my family over Christmas last year and BIANCA, I want to single you out for your amazing personality. On this current trip, we checked in really late and you made the experience so pleasant just based on your cheery disposition, much welcomed after the long hassles in MIA. Highly recommended.

Distance to airport was very good. Hotel room was not very clean. Room didn’t have enough towels or facecloths. Bathroom left little to be desired. Very outdated. The pullout bed in the couch was extremely dirty. The eating area where breakfast was served was not very well kept or clean. The staff was nice.
