I have been calling the last 3 days asking for my primary doctor to call me back without any answer. I think this is incredible in the health emergency we are living right now.

This place has to be the most unprofessional healthcare office to ever exist. I am not a patient of theirs, my sister and mother are. I’ve gone with both of them to their visits several times and I am making sure they change to a different health care facility now. I went with my sister late December because she was feeling very ill. As we were walking out of the office visit, Dr. Sonia Sibaja informs her employees (in front of us) to be careful with my sister because she’s very sick and they might get infected and won’t be able to attend their Christmas party. She did this in a sarcastic humorous way. It made me extremely uncomfortable that she would be so insensitive to say this in front of my sister, their patient. What could we expect from the employees if the doctors themselves are so unprofessional? Let me tell you, way worse. My sister went back on a Saturday morning to get a vaccine. Karla, the manager of the office, walked in saying she was still feeling drunk from the night before. How could a patient feel safe with a healthcare provider who walks into the office saying this egregious nonsense?! She should be tested randomly for alcohol levels and/or drugs. Worst part is that they are not just unprofessional, they also steal money from their patients. My sister has an insurance that covers her vaccines at 100%. They charged her 100 dollars per vaccination even though she is covered. In fact, when my sister went to give her insurance card, they told her they don’t accept insurances because insurances don’t cover vaccines. Thats a big fat lie. They apparently do these vaccinations privately with a private company. (Of course, to get more money out of patients.) We called her insurance, and they do cover it. In fact, my mother is under the same policy and she got the exact same vaccine for free in CVS. A patient is supposed to trust their primary care more than a random pharmacy. Yet, at this primary care office they charge unnecessarily. If they would have told my sister that there’s a chance that she wouldn’t be charged elsewhere, my sister would have gone elsewhere. We went back into the office after we spoke to the insurance company and Karla said there was nothing else to do and they wouldn’t return my sisters money. Basically, just completely avoid this office if you don’t want your money stolen and if you want to feel safe. Just STAY AWAY!!!

Keep your Kid or new born away from this Place. We were turned away as a Walk in When we were told to come before 8 am by the Receptionist 4 days before. the Doctor came out and said she wasnt taking anyone Today cause she had to leave early. You were warned.

I HATE THIS OFFICE ! They have no care for their patients at all. Everything is you have to wait cause the doctor is busy, when they tell you they’ll get back to you they never do. You’re left waiting for important information/ prescriptions for a long time because they forget to put them in or let the doctor know. They know NO ENGLISH, like I said overall they have no care for their patients

3 weeks I waited to get test results. To then be told they missed a test and I had to wait another 2 weeks to get those results because they were to busy to get me in sooner to hear my results. . And the dr never sent my prescription in. When I called the front desk girl she simply didn’t care and did she will try to talk to the dr. She speaks horrible English and has the worse attitude when you are speaking to her. I was told I would get a call back that day. That didn’t happen. I called back the next morning the same girl answered and told me the dr never got my message because she was too busy. Clearly my prescription which I’ve been waiting a week for isn’t of importance. When I asked to speak to the dr she told me the dr was busy with a patient. I said can i speak to your manager. She didn’t even respond and put me on hold as I was left speaking to myself. She then tells me the dr won’t be in the office till 11am. When she had just told me she was with a patient. She then mockingly told me, when she gets a chance to talk to the dr when she gets in at 11 she will have her try to reach out to me. This is the worse service I have ever received. I have decided to stop going to this dr office as they have no respect for their patients.
