FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Horrible customer service. Down from the manager who has no knowledge whatsoever to the customer service representatives. I came today to drop off a box when I was confronted by the customer service representative right at the door, telling me I couldn’t ship my box because it was not symmetrical. Omg!! It was perfectly taped then the manager came up to me saying the system was down “ and i could t ship the box. Super rude and unprofessional and this is the reason why I ALWAYS USE UPS (never had issues with ups). So upset with this store. I had to go to another location where they did accept my box. HORRIBLE STORE!!! Never coming back.

Make you buy a new box everytime. This is the third time i have come to this store . Each time they make me buy a new box. First they lady said that the packaging was too loose in the box and the item is moving around. I assured her that it isnt and the its the orignal box and packaging that the product came in. So she grabed a manager who did look to see of it was too loose. He said there is a small hole in the box so they wont take it unless I but a new box. Scam…

After a long wait in front of the pack plus lane, MOD decided or notified the customers there was another lane next to Full Service Printing, started attending those customers ignoring i was already waiting on the right spot. Very rude. I’ve never seen that before, specially there is no sign with such us improvement. Per my understanding the service should be standard, expedited and customer oriented. There were 4 employees, no reason for a lane. Bad management.

This is the worst fedex location I have ever been to. I went by today to pick up a package. There were 12-15 people in line to ship or pickup and 1 Person helping them and at least 3 other employees standing around that I saw. Worst customer service ever. You have a bad problem with your management there. Not the first time I’ve seen this same situation at this store. This is their normal.

Derrick was such a nice guy, saying hello to every single customer walking in, instructing everyone on where the line was forming and helping me out with clear feedback about my boxes being shipped and ETA, cost options and fast service. Great overall service, very clean store and attentive attitude. Thanks indeed!
