Firestone Complete Auto Care

Made an appointment (107 Ave., NW 16th) to one of the only Firestone shops the do radiator flashes around my area, arrived early so far everything is great, did all the paperwork answered all their questions and gave them the keys, but management returned to me and explained that they didn’t the correct part to preform the procedure (radiator flush) for my truck so that was all he could do. I ask if there was another Firestone that could have the part and/or preform the work, I think the guy was clueless or was just lazy to help, he didn’t even offer to help find another Firestone, I would think would be part of the management to help find someone or Firestone shop that would have part and could preform the task to keep the business with Firestone. I found another Firestone 87 Ave., and Bird road, and it looks like they are more professional with their customer service.

Always very efficient and thorough! Staff is great, integral, and consistently very nice and considerate!

I called them cause I got a flat tire and the GPS showed me that store as nearby option. When I got them on the phone I told him that I need to patch a tire to fix a flat and this guy told me they can’t help me cause they where full. I asked him if in my emergency case one hour and 40 minutes where not enough time to attend me and put a patch on a tire to fix a flat and he told me that they couldn’t help me. I’m pretty sure that if I started telling them that I wanted a new set of tires he would immediately told me to get there…

This is modest firestone outlet. Have been here several times, the staffs are good, but I dont like the mechanical works done here. I had some brake problems in my car and they charged me more than $600 to do that, however, it started doing the same problem in a week. Anyway it comes with one year warranty so they did it again. But waste your time doing several things again and again.
Also does not do any comprehensive doagonistic analysis on the car before giving maintenance suggestion. I am not sure if its overall Firestone isssue os just this place. I may need to find other car maintenance compnay i guess….

Awesome place with great service I highly recommend it.

They took care of my car with 4 new tires, alignment, balance the tires, etc.

The place is super clean and coffee is great.
