I am a real estate professional that specializes in the distress property market in South Florida and have used many title companies in the past. For the last years I have primarily used First Title Group and recommend them to all my clients. They are the best in South Florida. On top of this, the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to make sure all the details of the transaction are taken care of and that all parties have a smooth transaction.

The worst experience in my 20+ years of working in the industry as a Realtor/Broker. I strongly encourage you to go elsewhere for your title and closing needs. Unprofessional and unreliable don’t even begin to explain the nightmare of working with this office. Our buyers and sellers deserve MUCH better then what “Ronnie” and “Aileen” deliver. Bad from start to finish.
