I originally went to the Kendall location. I wanted to sell my wedding ring set. The ladies were very helpful and made an appointment for me with Albert at the Hialeah location. I was unable to make it, so my mother went in. Albert was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He called me and was able to negotiate a very reasonable price. I was very happy with my experience with Five Star Jewelers and recommend them highly.
