Horrible phone costumer attention! June, 5 2020 I am a client who made a large purchase of tiles, I did call the Doral Stores at 12: 25pm today June 5, 2020 to clarify a concern, the woman who attended me on the phone was rude, she spoke to me with a bad attitude and not Knowing how to answer me, I hang the phone in my ear in a rude way. They should better choose the staff. They are hiring people who do not have basic education, that Doral looks bad with this type of customer service

Phil from decor was great gave us great ideas and gave us guidance when we asked. Could have not pick my bathroom without him. Also great place to pick any floor in home or business. The service was like no other.

A great company with great products yet miss-managed. Personnel Rude and careless for the customers. Classic Miami mentality, the law of the less effort shines in the sunshine Estate! Go somewhere else. Update: to pickup u need to wait once u arrived 45 mins!! So efficient!! Wow!

Great service
I arrived and it was easy to locate what I needed.
The new store looks great and I will. E comming back to check it out (lunch).
The boxes of tile were not accessible, but help was within reach.
David was very helpful and courteous; he went to see if they had the tile in the back and even when it took a little longer, David kept me informed, so I did not felt forgotten.
I will be returning for my other projects.

Edit: Mauricio loaded the boxes in to my car, he was so sweet and polite. Thank you for the great service.
