I HAD HIM DO TWO FLOORS IN A RENTAL PROPERTY THERE WAS A DEFECT AND HE SENT SOMEONE THEY RIPED UP PART OF THE FLOOR. I COULD NEVER GET HIM TO COME BACK TO REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE INSTALLATION, I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY HIM $200.00 MORE TO FIX THE BUBBLE IN THE FLOOR. HE NEVER CAME BACK AND I HIRED SOMEONE ELSE AND PAID HIM. I DON’T EVER EXPECT TO HEAR FROM MR GARCIA AGAIN. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I contacted the store about installing flooring in my store location they asked me what flooring I wanted
I chose the flooring and they came to install the flooring the next day but needed to pick up the payment first thing that morning and promised they will be installing the flooring in the afternoon

The owner who I spoke to was supposed to be the person coming to my Store that day
but he sent his wife to my location to pick up a check and to do the measurements
She
also came with two guys which the two guys told me they were just hired on the spot that day for this job And that conversation was Recorded on the store cameras

So she came with samples of the flooring

I wanted and said they would be installed that day and we signed off on the paper work
She took the payment and left 1 hour later after she had already cashed the check
she called me to tell me she did not have the flooring and won’t have it for a month or two and that I needed to choose something else

But when she picked up the check she said everything was good to go and everything would be installed that day because she had it in stock

That was the only reason why I went with them because the color and style of flooring was hard to fine and I explain that to her before giving her the check I was happy I found someone who had it

She tells me sorry and wanted me to choose something different after they told me they had what I wanted in stock they didn’t even have anything similar or in the same color
so I told them no I needed to get what I wanted from a different company because we already had design the store with that flooring and furniture was coming

Since I told them no that I wanted that flooring and no other
I asked that they return the money so that I can go with a different company this was all in less then 3 hours from meeting them for the first time ever

The guy owner called me and asked me to stay at my store that he was coming with a very unprofessional tone .. Since I am a female and was alone … I locked the store and waited in my car .. right outside the front door

The owner came to my store I was sitting in my car waiting for them to drop off the check 2 hours later

And then bang on my store door to open like a crazy person and since it wAs locked he came over to my car banging on my window and almost Assaulted me told me he wasn’t given me any money

If I have an issue to come to his office which was 45 mins away with a Notarized letter and a copy of my license because he won’t be given me any money back right now

I was so scared and nervous
Hispanic man yelling in Spanish at me his face was so closed to my face I had to close the window and he toss his business card at my face

He did not touch me but was very close to and was very angry I could not understand why even the workers on camera said he was wrong

I made a police report and it was all caught on camera from other store owners that came outside and recorded this on there phones

Here I am opening up a new store this is suppose to be one of the most
happiest times in my life and I’m being attack for asking for a refund

this women sees her husband ready to Assault me and stands there like nothing is happening with a smile on her face

These people are a scam and I will be taking them to court …..

I had to contact another company to come the next day And pay double the amount for my flooring

This company will not give me back the money that I paid and the paper work did not have anything that said no refunds at all

Company should not promise flooring cash the check
take their customers money if they do not have the items in stock …

I did not have the time to Sue them at that very moment because I was in the middle of a grand opening of the store but now I do and we will be taking them to court

These guys are amazing! We fell in love with our new wood floors and we definitely recommend them 100% and their prices are incomparable. Their work is excellent! I found exactly the floor color i wanted
