Paid for furniture that never were delivered. I lost money they don’t answer the phone. And come up with any excuse you can imagine. They should be put in jail

DO NOT BUY TO THIS SCAMMERS:
* I bought $8,000 in furniture to this people
* 2 weeks delay for the delivery
* Incomplete delivery (warehouse fault according to her)
* ONE MONTH delay to get the rest of furnitures
* WRONG FURNITURE delivered
* They sent a cheapest model of a dining set chairs (discontinued according to her)
* Sold furnitures THEY DONT HAVE or DISCONTINUED
* Trying to get a solution for the money difference (no response)
* She stop answering my calls
* Scammed (End of story)

Advice: don’t try to save a couple of $$ with this people because it’s gonna be a NIGHTMARE!!!!!

This has got to be the worst experience of my life. This “April” lady sells us our furniture on Friday May 26, we set the delivery for the following Saturday. On the Thursday before we get a call saying it will be delayed due to Labor Day. It’s okay. We are guaranteed it will be there Tuesday. THIS HAPPENS 4 MORE DAYS. So come June 13th. After excuse about our furniture being in the middle of the container and the delivery people not being able to get to it. We find out the furniture was discontinued. Not sure how you can claim furniture being stuck in a container that wasn’t even there but whatever. So she’s ends up giving me a huge discount to keep the order and chose new furniture. Which get delayed 2 more days before the movers show up at 1030 at night. I could have gone into more detail but I would have ended up throwing my phone. Total time for delivery 3 weeks and 4 days. This isnt a scam however the incompetence this “April” and this company showed should not be rewarded with more business. Do yourselves a favor. Pay an extra 150-200 dollars and go to a real furniture company. On stress alone you will end up better. We were too invested in time to actually cancel. April if you read this I hope you get hit by a small car, not a bus cause that will kill you instantly. But a small compact sedan or a Mini Cooper so that it hurts like hell. You are a useless part of society.

The worst experience!! They’re very nice when you are buying something, but don’t have a problem, i.e., damaged furniture, or a delivery that doesn’t show and doesn’t call, repeatedly. The owner is curt and will rush you off the phone because she is “very busy.” I’m pretty passive, but the lack of customer service at this place will make anyone’s blood boil. The furniture itself is just mediocre – you get what you pay for I guess. Save yourself the trouble, but if you do buy, don’t bother calling when there is an issue. Instead just show up at their door and raise a fuss – they’ll escort you to the office to resolve your issue, but don’t be surprised if getting what you paid for still requires a couple phone call reminders.
