Got in an accident with one of their clients on Dec. 23, 2019. It is March 17, 2020 and the issues have not stopped since day 1. My original adjuster is no longer with the company and I received no heads up. I have yet to hear the voice of my new adjuster. Nearly THREE full months of being out of the loop and have called countless times to get issues resolved. This is the exact reason you should NEVER go with cut-rate insurance.

If anyone has any idea how to get someone to actually respond to my calls, messages, or emails. Let me know.

Omg ! Please be careful if you decide to go with this company for you insurance. I know the rates are “low”, but there’s a reason for that. I had them for years and Thankfully !! I never got in an accident, but what did happen was my windshield was cracked by someone throwing a bottle off of the 7th floor of my building. It is my understanding that FL law requires your insurance company to COVER that, but not this company, they straight up told me they don’t cover this in FL, so I had to go out of pocket to get it taken care of. I paid $140/month for YEARS ! And when it came time for a claim, it’s not covered ? Really ?? After that, I took a closer look at my policy and it is more of a scam than anything.
