Gainz Fit

I’ve been exploring gyms around the area for a few weeks already. Last week it was Gainz Fit turn. After our 1st class my friend and I knew that we wanted to come back; and we did! Gainz was celebrating their 3rd year anniversary and we were invited to theirs special class on Saturday. I loved it! The workout it’s one of a kind, well thought and active, you have the help of the coaches correcting your forms, and the community is empowering. And yes you may find that in other gyms, but what make Gainz Fit unique is Jonathan and his team. From the moment we walked in to our first class, Jonathan took care of us. He remained next to us providing feedback through the class and motivating us to continue. His carisma and attitude it’s what made us decide to be part of the Gainz Fit Family. Shout out to him and the team 👏🏽

Becoming part of the Gainz Nation family has been an amazing step forward to my life. I’ve been able to meet positive people who want to push forward and help those around. Gainz Fit is not a regular box I would definitely call it, my second home.

Great place! Good vibes! Great coaches! Awesome members! Love the variety and different options offered! Safety first is always exercised at this box! My athletic performance has positively improved since I joined in September of 2017 and it’s only the beginning! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely Love it!

It’s a shame for a woman to grow old without ever seeing the strength & beauty of which her body is capable!!! At 45 I’ve been a Crossfitter for over 4 years, and Gainz Fit has truly become my second home. The box is CLEAN, great programming, professional Rogue equipment, CLEAN showers, great kids room (they even provide snacks) the coaches genuinely strive and care to make you a better athlete. From proper technique, to pushing you out of your comfort zone they are always there to assist you. I have grown so much in the past year. The positive energy of the box is like no other we work hard, and wod even harder! Fellow athletes helping one another, and the loudest cheers are those helping a fellow member push through those last grueling reps before the clock stops. If you’re looking for a box that will challenge you physically, and help you achieve goals you never thought possible Gainz Fit is definitely the spot!

Dropped in for their 6:30pm class and instantly felt like I was part of their family!! Great vibe and simple drop process with wodify. By the end of class I had learned the names of four people and will definitely be coming back again.

Solid warmup focusing on loosening up specific muscle groups for the workout and a great strength session before the WOD. Today was working up to a 1 rep max of “2 power cleans, 2 front squats, and one push or split jerk” (I hit 200 but barely missed 215 on the jerk, would have been a PR too, next time!!)

The main WOD was a 20 min AMRAP partner WOD that included 100m wall ball runs at 20/14 while the other partner did 10 kettle bell swings and 10 goblets squats at 32kg/24kg for RX. We almost got 8 rounds. The first round was 1:38, which was a “little” too fast!!

Great coaching staff and would highly recomend for personal training in Miami or nutrition planning. Great crew here!!
