Todavía no puedo creer k el doctor ya no esté en la práctica 😢😢😢el mejor dermatólogo de todo miami estado en muchos dermatólogos y ninguno superó al doctor Jaime Garcia,,, peor aún el reemplazo k han puesto el peor Dermatology de Miami solo le interesa cobrar y nada sus pacientes el doctor Alejandro pedrozo

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I called to find out about scheduling an appointment at 10:00 am and was getting their out of office machine up until 11:30 am. I called to ask about my younger brother and the lady who answered the phone very rudely interrupted and said “we don’t treat kids” . I tried to explain to her that my brother is not a kid. She interrupted me again and said that he must be 21 or he cannot be attended. My brother is 20 and will be turning 21 in January so that wasn’t going to be an issue, but since the lady clearly had no interest in being the least bit helpful I will take my business elsewhere. From the previous reviews I see that the Dr. is excellent too bad his incompetent staff is not, and gave the practice a very ugly first impression.

Pésimo servicio. Atención al cliente de baja calidad. Tiempos de espera prolongados. 2 horas de espera para que el Dermatólogo lo atienda.
