Amazing job installing the two water heaters at our hotel. With their communication and cooperation, we were able to provide minimal impact to our guests. No easy task since the hotel was at full capacity. Again, our sincerest thanks to Gas Plumbing Technologies for getting us up and running so quickly!

Very horrible experience. They took 6 hours to get an answer from the manager for an estimation request. They keeps asking me questions for the entire 6 hours throughout the day. I was tired and exhausted of explaining over and over to the entire staff that I simply need a resolution in my home for the gas line. They asked me questions as if they didn’t know what gas Evan is. They asked me if I know which piece is which as if I’m the professional. I felt like I was in a interview process for a job and they were asking me so many questions to determine if I knew each single part of the machine. How is a consumer going to know professional terminologies for gas equipments? They then transferred me to a dead end phone call to avoid helping me. Luckily I already. Had another company give me some help. You should not trust this company their service is entry level.

Do companies like this still exist? Their team stayed until 9.40 pm to finish their quality work! Truly unbelievable! I wish more companies out there would have such strong work athic- a big thumbs up to this one!!!
