I give it a star because it always take so long to get a part. It’s a Saturday with 8 technician waiting with only 2 employees on the counter. Waiting time is more than 1 hour. Its unbelievable. Fix this .

Not my favorite location. It usually takes an hour to get in and out. I don’t speak Spanish and that makes it a little hard to communicate. Can’t tell you how many times I would be there with no one I front of me and the counter guys would just ignore me. Thank God I don’t have to go there often. Unless your in good with the guys that work there and speak Spanish good luck. A grengo doesn’t get good service.
