Almost ran me and my family off the road and did not answer the phone we we called.

Called to get a quote and was Transferred to a gentlemans voicemail by the name of Daniel. Daniel’s voicemail was full so I called back the young lady that answered laughed and said yes everyone complains that Daniel’s voicemail is always full I suggest you send them an email when I asked her will he respond to my email she yet once again laughed out loud and said I don’t know maybe. Apparently they don’t need my business.

Can I choose ZERO stars? Wow what a negative experience trying to work with this company. Met them in May, got a bid in June, we said let’s do it and then the run around began. They couldn’t give me a date, I sent countless emails and phone calls trying to get this project started. We were patient and actually not in a hurry. However, they either ignored me or gave me lame excuses and put me off another week or two until it turned into 4 months of wasting time and a load of BS. Giving a company 30K for 2 days of work should not be this hard. I thought maybe the problem was Chris the guy in charge of the Keys, since his customer service skills were so low, so I went over his head and contacted Jimmy and Rob. They are not any better. I get better service from a high schooler at McDonalds than these guys. I really can’t figure it out how they can do business like this and stay in business. They finally said that they are just too busy to do our job… Really? My suggestion, Choose a different company. There are plenty of them out there.

Was on sawgrass 2 weekends ago and was almost ran off the road by one of its pickups . He was doing over 100 mph . My husband called the company and left a message and no one responded. Beware of these trucks on the road they drive like maniacs. White truck with general asphalt on side of it.
