Giardino Gourmet Salads

So I always seem to have a very bad experience at this specific Giardinos, always and only this one. The Kendall, Gables and other Doral location are insanely great. If it’s not for the always super upset and rude employees who obviously hate their job and life, they barely put any ingredients in the wraps or salads. I just don’t get it. It’s annoying. I will not be going to this location anymore.

I just opened my wrap and I had to get a plate to serve myself because of how much dressing was inside of the wrap.

This was my first time vsiting and i asked for a costume salad. The woman making my salad seemed very annoyed with me asking for certian toppings, and i felt rushed asi tried to quickly choose my toopings, which caused me to miss out on some ingredients.i have bad eye sight, so reading the available options takes me a short while, she then added bread crumbs without asking if i wanted,or what type i wanted. My mom was lucky and got a nicer person to make her salad. The salad themselves were great, but the employee making my salad did leave me with a negative first impression.

This location used to be good. I’m not sure if there was a change in management, but the blonde lady (that I imagine is the manager) here has made sure to run this location to the ground. Last week I was the only one in there, and yet it took almost 10 minutes for someone to attend me. She had every person there (about 4 others) working on online orders. I just went again today and requested El Caribe. The girl attending me went to the back and had a prepared meal in her hands in less than 10 seconds. I never saw her prepare it behind the window. The manager told her she only needed to add chicken, so when she was doing so, I asked if the rice was cold, because this obviously looked like it had been sitting there. The manager said no, that someone prepared it in the back just now. This was a LIE. I am now eating my meal with cold rice. I’m done going there.

Salads are the best. Get the country Cobb. Ask for the check in card. After 10 salads you get 1 free! Not many seats available.
