If you want your shipment to be delayed, to get lame excuses from global cargo, to not even get a concrete reply from the high admins, then this is the company for you!, they pretty much suck!!!, wasted money and time

Naima Delgado from Global Cargo arranged my motorcycle shipping to Chile. She is grossly incompetent and a complete fraud. After the motorcycle was shipped, she more than tripled the quoted price to cover all her mistakes and lies. The management at Global refused to even reply. To me, they are criminals.

Awful experience! I sent a box to Costa Rica and took more than two months to arrive. And on top of that it was missing stuff from the box. More than $300 worth in shoes and clothes. They stole underwear, tennis shoes, bath towels, a set of cologne. It’s sad and pathetic. They blamed it on “Aduana” but it’s hard to believe they would go that low and steal just like that. I’m so sad because there were Christmas gifts for my family and it’s not like we grow money over trees here. It hurts me knowing they won’t solve this problem. And whoever stole from me might keep doing it to other people.

Pésima experiencia! Mandé una caja a Costa Rica y tomó más de 2 meses en llegar. Y para colmos me robaron cosas de la caja. Más de $300 en mercancía (zapatos, toallas de baño, ropa interior y un set de colonia) es triste y patetico que se rebajen a tan poca falta de moral. Ellos le hechan la culpa a “Aduana” pero es difícil de creer que Aduana se rebaje a robarte así por así. Estoy sumamente triste porque eran regalos de navidad para mi familia. Y eran cosas de marca. Solo porque vivimos en Estados Unidos no quiere decir que nosotros cosechamos el dinero en los árboles. Nos cuestan las cosas también. No se que más decir sólo que estoy dolida por mi experiencia.
