Great service before and after the sale. I had a warranty issue with an inflatable sup that my wife bought for me for Christmas. They were very helpful and my wife felt completely satisfied with the purchase. After I contacted them regarding my problem, Green Water Sports contacted the manufacturer and spoke on my behalf which resulted in a replacement of the board. I could not be more pleased with their service.

Will not use this company again. Purchased a $2000 board that was not packaged as such. Company tells me this often occurs when they ship with FedEx. Also noticed that this board is $400 off but they could not help me with that.

Currently filing a complain with Red Co. All in all the worst experience I’ve had shopping for any SUP or accessory. Hopefully Red takes care of this.

A side note: they offer a free paddle if you order directly through them. I wasn’t expecting to get it, but it would have went a long way in customer satisfaction if you threw it in if you are offering them for buying direct.

Edit: Red Paddle Co. Stepped in and made it right.
