Purschased a 2019 Kubota SV95-2s in April and have had nothing but problems. The machine has been to the shop for warranty repairs 4 times, one of which they declined to cover the tracks under the one year warranty for the tracks.
Every time the machine goes to the shop for warranty repairs it takes the mechanics at least a week to figure out the issue and then you need to wait at least another week to get parts, as they do not stock parts, then wait at least another week to get your machine back.

When I purschased the machine I was promised a loaner machine whenever a warranty repair was needed, a machine has never been provided. Downtime on any of our machines means lost of money and productivity, Growers and Kubota do not understand this concept or simply don’t care. I don’t know if they give better customer service to large companies, but if you are a small company stay away from this place, go to Kelly tractor and get a CAT, yes you will pay a little more for the machine, but they will give you the service and they will have the parts instock when needed.

My machine has been at the shop, waiting for a new wiring harness and other parts since the first week of December, still no parts, no loaner machine and still no one cares.

This is the first and probably the last Kubota I’ll ever purchase, time is money and service is key. It takes years to build a reputation and minutes to ruin it. In an industry where you are as good as your last job, being on time is imperative, having a machine down for 2-3 weeks at a time, having to rent equipment or have to pull another piece of equipment from another job, is simply unacceptable.

I hope Growers and Kubota take this comment as a wakeup call as to what they need to do for their customers and for their brand and how to keep their machines productive with the least down time possible.

Tried to have an online chat during normal business hours. Waited for nearly an hour for a reply. Finally, Jorge said he was sorry about the wait, but never answered any questions. How do customers get information about products?
