Guardianship Program of Dade

The receptionist are very rude and need to be fired. I called to have an urgent matter pertaining to my Father reviewed and was met with a very rude greeting (if you can even call it that) Before I could state my full concern I was immediately transferred to a voicemail. I’ve called several times since then and the receptionist is “screening calls” and still has not answered the phone.

The worst organization and attention ! Left my daughter in a hospital without need and without letting me or her mother see her for 20 days. And especially in a such a hard moment of recovery for my daughter after severe brain trauma . Talking about abuse of power.

These guardians are very non communicative and will not return calls.
