Apart from the few medical personnel that actually take the time to care for their patients, the remaining supporting staff particularly the secretaries and front desk, are incredibly rude and have absolutely no knowledge of how to deal with patients with mental illness. I can count the individuals who took the time to assist but unfortunately, the incompetent outweigh the useful. If you want to be reprimanded because you didn’t remember to bring their recommended stacks of paperwork just to lower their already substantial payment for a psychologist who will probably see you for five to ten minutes tops, then this is the place for you. But if you’re looking for a place where the patient is treated with some degree of respect then steer clear from this clinic.
