SUPER SHADY DEALER ALERT!!!

They were very kind and helpful- until I asked for hidden fees and costs. They said they’d get them to me and never responded. I followed up multiple times and they just ignored me. Clearly a shady dealership if they refuse to disclose their fees! avoid!

Great dealership.. easy to deal with and selling a vehicle to Hawaiians and having it shipped wasn’t an issue, they took care of everything.

I had good and bad experiences here. On the good side, you can find the car you are looking for and their prices are decent. However its a matter of who’s seller they assign you, there are ones who really wants to help you and then there are others who will treat you according to their preference..
The financial associate was by far the worst I dealt with. Know what you are looking for, know what your credit line is at, know what you can afford before stepping in here. I’ve sold 3 cars here and bought 2 as well.

Gus Machado Ford of Hialeah is a long established iconic vehicle dealership in South Florida.

I have leased and purchased many vehicles from this dealer and I continue to rely on their service department. They have well trained technicians and the crew is professional and respectful.

If you are like me and prefer to go in the early in the morning I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment online or by phone (usually 4 days in advance.)

There are however a couple of things unrelated to Gus Machado’s quality of service that need to be addressed because they are important and negatively impacted my overall customer experience and review score.

The closing of the in-house cafeteria adjacent to the customer’s waiting area is very sad because it has become a terrible eyesore. The cafe was always nice and clean and offered a convenient way to grab some coffee and a pastry while you waited.
Perhaps re-modeling in 2020?

Another issue is that the TV volume is set too loud leaving you with two options, go outside or find someone with access to the remote, that’s if they can find it … this is not good at all.

But to end on an up-note… They have abundant power outlets in the waiting area which is great for charging your device but no USB ports are available as of this date.

The manager and his team are stationed within the waiting area. So it’s easy to talk to any of them if you were to have issues. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I like that!

Otherwise the family restroom is kept clean and fragranced.

I truly hope the issues here can be addressed since I will continue to do business with Gus Machado Ford of Hialeah.
