H Electric was the third electrician company that I called to resolute an issue that no one seemed to give me a clear cut answer for. The previous electricians gave me conflicting diagnosis, each with it’s own and expensive solution. When I asked them questions or possible alternative solutions, they seemed annoyed and even scoffed at my concerns. This was not the case with H Electric. The old saying that goes, third time is the charm, couldn’t have been more true. I called and spoke with the owner and explained that my lights were strobing wildy when my tankless water heater was on. He offered to do a complimentary diagnosis which I accepted to do the next day. Though he was very professional, my expectation after everything I experienced was not too high.
He arrived the next day on time with a smile in a clean uniform. Before entering my home, he asked for permission to enter and once in, he began to thouroghly check my electrical panel, grounding, and fuses, which no other electrican had done previously. The total diagnosis process took roughly about an hour, all the time him explaining what he as doing and answering my questions. I initially was told that it may have been a panel/service issue, but they could not know for sure until they opened it up and began the work. This initial project fee reached in the $2000+ area and I was happy to pay that if it trully fixed my issue. After some trial and testing, he and his team were able to diagnose and discover it had nothing to do with my panel or service, but it was a defective water heater. He advised me that replacing the panel or service was not necessary and that the issue will be resolved once the heater was replaced. This trully astounded me because here was a perosn who I never knew, only spoke with a few times, and who turned away hundreds of dollars of work because he was able to find a more affordable solution. I have worked with plumbers, contractors, and other electricians who all seem to want to maximize profits over anything. This company and its workers are both professional and ethical, something that we don’t see often nowadays. If you have been burned by previous sharks and liars, this company and its team will provide you options and an honest evaluation. Thank you H Electric for your great service.
